Very Busy Broker Tour – Great Neighbors

I love this street and this home. This is a very tight knit neighborhood. Several neighbors came by during the open house for the brokers yesterday. Not the looky-loo types. These people wanted to help. One took the dog that we had in the crate and gave it a walk so it wouldn’t have to be caged for the open house. Another dropped off a flyer about a neighborhood block party on the 23rd, inviting any buyer that might get in contract before the date, another was concerned if their car was in the way of realtor traffic. You have to love a location like this. Add to that the safe neighborhood, the great schools, and how wonderful Los Altos is in general and you have a lot of intangibles that are fantastic! 

Over 45 realtors came through the open house with several calling their clients on the spot and having them come to the house.  A few of them tried their hand at the bocce ball court.  Note to self:  I guess I need to learn the rules of the game.  If you are interested in talking to me about the home or area, give me a call at 650-279-7074.  Connie
